We chose this location as it was right on the beach and a 25 minute drive for us to board the Spirit of Tasmania in a couple of days to Tassie

Bremlea is a small coastal holiday settlement in between Thompson Creek and Bremlea Beach . This is the southern part of Australia so there is a lot of coastal seaweed, we unfortunately came across a dead baby seal and a few dead birds on our walks .

Geelong coastal area has so much to offer for families and visitors. The Eastern Beach Reserve is located on the City’s Waterfront and is famous for all their bollards of so many different statues representing this areas history. There is so much to do here, there is a enclosed swimming area , restaurants, cafe and a ferris wheel just in case you wanted to see the beach from a different vantage point , and a large kids play area (inside ) . We did not have time to go in to Geelong but we drove past the mighty Geelong Cats Stadium.

Geelong is also the last main town before the Great Ocean Road known for it’s history and famously scenic stretch of coastline.

This place has so much growth going on with young families coming into the outskirts of Geelong it is great for the city.

Geelong is best known for their events and they love their AFL Mighty Geelong Cats ,Festivals , food and Markets, sports and Music so they have it all,

The weather here is very diverse in summer we have gone from 43deg to 25 deg in the span on an hour so dress for all seasons .
