Location :Kulin
Kulin is a small farming town three hours southeast of Perth. The highway is 15kms long and starts at Kulin ending at Bush Races Track(Jilakin Rock). The official name for this road is the George Rock Lake Grace Road.
The majority of these tin horses are found on the Tin Horse Highway, you will also find many equally impressive along other roads in the Kulin Shire. All the tin horses 70 of them contribute to the Tin Horse Highway story and reflect the vibrant humour this community has come together to build them.
All of the Tin Horses are located on farmers properties and each one has their unique story behind them. It is definitely the best highway I have been down on my travels, 15kms of driving took us a while as Paulie and I ran up and down the highway to capture this story.
On the western side of town you will find the biggest tin horse in the region. The west kulin Whoppa is a friendly reflection between the western and eastern farmers and their competitive spirit to build the best horse.
This highway is a fun way to break up your drive and also enjoy the artwork this little town provides.
The highway is on the way to our next destination of Wave Rock.

The storm following us as we get out and take all the photos π
